We’re payment friendly here at Glow With Me. We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal! You can cancel an order at any time in the payment process, if you’ve made a mistake or have sudden financial issues that keep you from completing your order; however, once an order has shipped, you can’t cancel.
PLEASE make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the additional reshipment fees if you choose to have your order reshipped; or, if you prefer to cancel your order, shipping fees will not be refunded. We’re a small business, and every little bit that we have to reship due to incorrect addresses eats heavily into flow. So, again, please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you’ve placed your order and notice the address is incorrect, contact us IMMEDIATELY before we ship. Thanks!
Glow With Me ships all orders within 3-7 business days after you place it. VERY rarely, however, do orders take more than 7 business days to ship due to backordered ingredients for the handmade goodies we’re making you. If that happens, we will let you know. But please keep in mind, business days are Monday-Friday, so if you place your order on Monday, it *may* not ship until the next Wednesday (7 business days) if for some reason there’s a delay – or if there’s a holiday.
Our shipping methods are either first-class via USPS (orders under 16 oz) or Priority via USPS (for orders that weigh over 16 oz). Generally, once it leaves our hands, your package should arrive to you within 3-7 business days.
Every order comes with delivery confirmation, which we provide to you immediately upon shipment. You can track your order from Alabama to wherever-you-live, so you know exactly when it will be at your house, ready to use.

Returns and exchange details
Your complete enjoyment of your Glow With Me products is of our utmost priority. However, due to the natural nature of our products and the fact that different people have different successes with things, we cannot offer refunds for products. Just like making your own products at home is an experiment, so is trying products that you can make at home.
However, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your shipment if any items have been damaged in transit, and we will discuss return or reshipment options.
NO refunds on digital files.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with? How long we retain your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
